Does anybody know where i could get a generator power cord to hook up a generator to a power inlet.
All i found was 10' and 40', i'd like to get it in 25' lenght.
The cord needs to be 30 amp with a female L14-30 and a male L14-30.
Thanks.

Most recent price list....

  • L14-30C $30.87
  • L14-30P $15.87
  • 10/4 SO cord $1.16 p foot

That's $75.74 for a 25' cord.

With the amount of time you are spending on this job I sure hope you get it.

I understand.

I'm suggesting cutting the cord into two lengths, adding a female end to the half with the factory male end, and adding a male end to the half with the factory female end.

That will give you two cords, one the length you want, and the other the length of whatever is left over, but both will be functional.

You find them where you find them. I just found two of them on eBay for $60 w/free shipping. Search for "25ft 30a generator cord".
