I have a normal OR with non-hazardous anesthestics. Can I wire the all of the OR receptacles to the dedicated isolation panel with the exception of (2) receptacles? One for a workstation, and one for a charting ststion? These devices are on a wall 10' away from the center of the table. The charting station would be a mobile piece of equipment wheeled in/out of each OR.

Where were you planning on getting the power for the other 2 receptacles from? If not from the IG Panel...then where?

You are allowed to pull power for the other two outlets from a normal grounded panel, you just can't run the IG circuits and the non IG circuits in the same conduit and that all the conductive surfaces of the equipment are connected to a EGC.

Since you're in a room that's classified as "other than hazardous", the 8' rule doesn't apply.
