When sizing a 3 phase 120/208 transformer for a commercial building do you just take the calculated load in VA For the largest phase and use that to size your transformer.

That will work. Obviously you want to balance the load as close as possible so hopefully you will end up with the same size using the total load in kva and looking at the individual phase loads.
