Coaxial and DC cable in same raceway

We have a Radio antenna and 12VDC PV module on the same pole. Can the coaxial cable from the antenna and the DC cables from the PV module run in the same raceway (pole) down into the pole mounted enclosure?

Closest thing I see that says "no" is Art. 820.44(C), however, this is not entering a building. The system is a stand alone system on a pole. If not permitted, exposed conduit will work fine.

How many watts is the PV panel?

They'll be small panels - 20-40W.

It depends on the circuit classification of the PV system. Low volts does not mean low energy. Is there anything in 690?

This seems to meet the technical requirements of a class 2 power limited power source. But it looks like the code requires it to be labeled as such in order to use the Class2/3 rules in NEC 725. Maybe you can get the inspector to judge it as such??
