Sir Ivsen-- So you post a picture and then what. Some info would be nice or at least some comment other than grounding issue. This has more issues than grounding. We have seen hundreds of pictures of bad installs.

Yes, like what is this mess? Why is it in a SFD? What is the point of posting it other than to show that there's some really hack work that you inspect on a regular basis?
