I recently had to install undercounter lighting in office about five total. I installed many and never had a issue. As I have been seeing in the most recent. Cost cutting of products resulting in poor quality. I installed 5 undercounter fixture and the all hum. To loud for office. Now I have to replace with what I heard is a Non Humming ballasts. Please start a new forumn regarding this poor quality materials so we can keep track.
