area lighting source

I have a client that has 8 buildings w/ 23 resi units. Currently there are 8 6' poles that have 3 CFL's in them. He wants to put 12' poles w/ 2 heads each (I'm looking at 150W PSMH) in their place. For items like this I generally use Ruud lighting as I've always been happy w/ their product and service. But I was wondering if anyone else had a good source for this type of installation (or other ideas for that matter). Once I started adding the parts and pieces the cost started getting a bit higher than I think he was going to be prepared for.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

What style are you looking for? Shoebox, Acorn...? Any light pollution requirements? How much light are you trying to get? 300W on a 12' pole in a residential area seems like a lot.
