I did, many moons ago, for our first color TV. When we added an antenna rotor and a UHF converter, my dad bought one of those and let me "help" him install it.

When I was in code school I started a collection of old random devices that we pulled out of various old homes in MA...Many homes are over 100 years old so you can imagine some of the stuff I found.
Made for a good show and tell day near the end of the class.

That triplex can't be nearly as old....when did they start making receptacles with the slot for the grounded conductor longer than the slot for the ungrounded conductor?Haven't ever installed one, but I've seen them.
They also made triplex's
That was made by the now defunct Sierra Electric, the wall plate was their "decorator" style.
