Will a T type transformer as pictured in diagram 22C properly run a 3 phase(y or delta) motor? I have a transformer with just enough nameplate(damaged) info to see that it is 480-208 9kva, with x0-x3, and h1-h9. It appears the exact same as pictured in link, though I cannot find the manufacture name on unit.
