Old NEC in PDF format from NFPA

Has anyone purchased from the NFPA, older copies of the NEC that come in a PDF format (versions prior to 1990). I would like a little info as to what you can/can't do with the PDF version. I know you only get one download and the file is locked to that computer, however, can you print it, can you search for info, does it work like the 2008 PDF I allready have?

In addition, if anyone has any extra copies (books) of the NEC dated prior to and including the 1990 version that they would be willing to part with, please PM me and I will work it out with you.

The 1999, 2002 and 2005 are on the 2008 CD as View Only.

I don't know of any NFPA-produced pdfs older than the 99.

NFPA offers the NEC on PDF back to 1947. $25 per cycle, one download locked to the first computer you open it on. Just wondering if it is the same as the current 2008 PDF.

I have 2 extra copies of the 1990 edition of the Code, and maybe a 1987 edition lying around ....
