CFM in art 511

What is the meaning of CMF ? Is it, circular mil foot.I realize that there are hundreds of meaning for CMF, but i I'm after the meaning of the CMF in Art.511 of nec for air changes.1cmf/per sq ft

Art. 511 refers to 1 cfm/foot squared. It's a measure of how quickly the air needs to be changed out in that particular space.
