bonding wireway sections

I am currently doing an installation in which I am running panel feeders (750 amps) through several sections of 12" x 12" wireway. Any recommendations on how to bond the individual sections together?

I'd like to use mechanical lugs at each section, connected with wire 1/0 wire, but can't really figure out a good way to attach the lugs. I don't want to use sheet metal screws and the metal is too thin to tap. A through bolt is the only thing I could come up with. Any Ideas?

The fittings used to join the sections together should be sufficient - but if other specification requires this bonding, a lay-in lug in each section with a 1/4-20 bolt on clean paint free metal.

NEC violation to weld raceways although for the life of me I do not know why.
