Insurance Brokers in California

I'm working on renewing my General Liability insurance in California. Has anyone dealt with Gary Oltmanns from Southern California Insurance Brokerage (SCIB). I'm currently with Powers & Co.

SCIB returned a web inquiry within 10 minutes and they're cheaper than Powers. Feels too good to be true. Does anyone have any experience with SCIB?

I've been with All-Cal insurance outside of Sacramento for several years, they've really done a good job for me and beat out Powers on my liability and marine tool rider.
