Outdoor Parking light

I'm bidding on a job to wire a building and part of the scope of this job is run a new parking light which is 30' away from the builiding, the floor is asphalt and the plans shows a 25' pole light, I have never done pole lighting, What It needs to be considered when running outdoor lights?

Most of the smaller contractors here subcontract the pole base, trenching and patching. You need to keep 300.5 in mind, be sure to check for other underground wiring/piping and add a rock clause in your contract.

Might also be some planning issues, but that should be taken care of long before you get your permit.
