480V for spa equipment?

We have a client that is putting in a cool tub/spa which comes with a chiller unit (7.5hp) in addition to the spa. Currently the chiller is located just outside 5ft of the spa but will be in the same room as the spa.

Are there code requirements that won't allow this chiller to operate on 480V/3phase? Does it have to be 208V/3phase? Will it make a difference if there is a 6ft wall separating the two?

Obviously there is the concern of having the higher voltage near spa/pool equipment...

Thoughts?

I may be overlooking something but I can find NO Code problem with the chiller operating at 480v.

Just double checking if any code issues. Yes, concern for higher voltage is simply "water + electricity = bad" :)

Thanks!

Simply stating that I know of NO Code section that prohibits it.
If the Code doesn't prohibit it, then it is permissible.... perhaps not the best idea, but permissible.
With all components properly grounded, it should pose no hazard,
