Are there other testing organizations other then ICC that administer the national masters electrician exam?
My inspector and the head of codes here where I live said there was but they didn't give me any names.

In Michigan you have to go through the Bureau of Construction Codes in Lansing, MI

Depends on what your state or jurisdiction will accept, I believe Prometric and PSI both administer master electrician exams.

I live in Harrisburg PA. I already talked to the code department they said they'll pretty much recognize any national exam.
