Voltage drop question

Here is the scenario:

Dettached garage 240' total length from the house electrical panel. I am going to use: 1/0 Al is what i figured with voltage drop to feed a 100 amp panel in the garage. Does this sound correct? Am I missing anything?

Yes. The load. VD depends on what the load will be. 240 volts?

Old school method I get a 4% VD with a 100A load at 240V, looks good to me.

1/0 is fine for that length and VD 0f 4%.
