Fiber Closure

I am looking for a fiber optic cable closure that would go on the outside of a small concrete block building to house a patch panel for 6 count fiber. It would be similar to the green telephone closures that are common, IE, open on the bottom, a back mounting plate, about 18" wide, and perhaps 4 ft high. I can't get the FO cable into the building due to bending radius, so I'll run a patch cable to the equipment.
