I am trying to take a switch in a storage closet and convert 277 to 120V for a receptacle. Does any body know if they make a transformer or have a link to a website? Thanks

You can get the transformer but do not forget it will require a grounding electrode conductor and grounding electrode system.

Do you have a neutral available at the switch? You will need one to supply the transformer primary.
