Hello,
I am new to this forum and I am a Journeyman Electrician in the state of NH. Currently studying to take the Masters.

Studying load calcs and am wondering why the required bath circuit is not part of the load calcs?

Thanks in advance,

-Tom

I believe that, like general-purpose and kitchen small-appliance circuits, they're considered covered by the general-lighting calcs.

As for a specific "why?" I guess it's because hair dryers and other bathroom plug-in loads aren't standard or typical enough ... yet.

Larry, typo I think, the SABCs are in the load calc.
