I have wasted lots of money over the years. This is the best I have found. Check them out. If you go with them let them know I told you about it.

My wife worked for a service company a few years ago that used. She said it was a steep learning curve from what they used before, but once setup it was an efficient program to use. That's the only perspective I have on it.

Like I said, monthly payments. Yes I looked at that software before and I was excited about it. But when I saw the 495 to start and 99 per month for one user. Forget about it. In that case get aptora and have it all for 9000+. I looked at fieldone, it seems to be the bestfor now.1295 one time payment.

We've used Wintac for a few years now and are happy with it. Their customer service has been great.

rgiraldo, I think you may have them confused with someone else because they don't have monthly fees, you just pay for it up front.

I've been on the software hunt for 3 months. Aptora just quoted me $11,000 not including the mobile application and another $5000 for hardware. Still hunting!

Ok so we bought it, one user for now until we shake it down. Seems like it will get us where we want to be regarding scheduling and organization.
