100A 120/240V service upgrade to 150A.

I am attempting to add amperage to an existing 120/240V service which has #1 THHN feeding a 200A rated meter in a 200A rated meter box with a 100A disconnect below. My question is: What is the trade and/or common name of the 100A feed through breaker below the meter? I am attempting to upgrade to 150A into the building as per the amperage rating of the existing conductors. Thank you for time.

First what type of building? If not a dwelling you #1 AWG conductors might be too small if your load exceeds 130 amps. Also, if they're in a wet location they need to be THWN or some other wet location conductor. If the existing 100 main is in a separate 100 amp enclosure that will need to be replaced as well. Basically it's called a 3R enclosure with a main breaker, suitable for use as service equipment.
