SER above commercial drop ceiling

In reading 338.10(4)(A) it reffers you to partII of 334.

I'm reading this as to disallow SER above a commercial drop ceiling.
Am I reading this right or am I missing something??

Yes it is a NM cable, which is not permitted unless, covered with a 15 min. rated finish in a commercial application.
