2011 nec pdf

anyone have trouble using the pdf version on 2011 code?
i was able to d/l the free ver from the code book i bought
it worked once then i get "you already activated this"
then i found out it dont work with adobe x so i uninstalled x and went back
to nine. same issue
anyone have a fix

Do not know if this will help, but it might. Others had problems with adobe x.

I just opened my 2011 and it said something about " acrobat"

There is no fix that I know of and some other member said he had trouble opening other pdf files that were on his computer. So it is not an NEC problem but an adobe X problem. I bet they will have a fix for it eventually.

I didn't have adobe x and it did it to me. The OP will have to email NFPA, and they will set it up so you download the NEC again and start fresh.

Try not to open it again once it's working.

There is an 800 number on the card to re-download but I didn't need to re-download when I deleted X and installed 9.4 or so.
