I would close nipple LB's to the top of the panel and go straight back to the wall. Unless you can come straight out the back.

Close except use a 90 at the wall.
Make it real perty and go out the bottom down and over to the wall and up using 90's. I just did one like this do to a lage footer.
Why? You're just adding 180 degrees of bend over going straight up with a simple 90 at the ceiling?
Is there any particular reason you are trying to design a conduit run?
Don't you have faith in the electrician knowing what to do?
