I have a contractor who failed to install a grounding bushing in a 277/480 volt lighting panel, in order to alleviate another power outage, they cut a plastic bushing and tie wrapped it together, I declined their offer and said that a power outage looked unavoidable. Then, this morning, they sent me a picture of a two piece grounding bushing, this is the first time I have seen one of these and it looks fine to me but I wanted to know if there is any reason that anyone else sees as to why this would not be code compliant.

Just make sure it is UL listed and you are good to go.

I have installed a number of these by OZ-Gedney that were listed and seemed to be high quality.

(It's a poor example, because it's a 1/2" size)
