Service Rated Equipment

I have a customer who wants me to install a 600 amp 3-phase circuit breaker in a NEMA 4 Steel enclosure, for a service.
My question is...
Is this (and any other service MCB/Fuse) supposed to be service rated equipment.
AIC ratings is another question later.

Inorder to use it as a service disconnect it must be listed and labeled as such if it is not then you can not use it

Equipment for a service must be rated "suitable for use as service equipment".
Equipment marked "suitable for use ONLY as service equipment" can only be used as service equipment as the neutral is permantly bonded.

230.66 requires all service equipment to be identified as suitable for use as service equipment.
