Compression Connector Lugs for Compact Conductors

I am sure this question has been asked before...

Can you use standard compression lugs on compressed copper conductors without downsizing the lug?

Is there a crossover chart that covers both standard and compress conductors as far as the type of compression lugs?

We typicaly use Burndy and they specifically say not to downsize.
