Anyone here ever wired a Dry Cleaner?

I'm looking to give a budget price on a 1000 sq. foot Dry Cleaner, and I'm curious what kind of equipment to expect. Has anyone here ever done one before?

I've got the service, lighting, HVAC, and general use receptacles figured out, but I'm not sure what a dry cleaner even has for equipment.

I haven't done one in a while, but make sure to find out the flash points of the solvent used, as some will cause you to have a classified area around it and or the equipment.

I once demo'd a dry cleaner location being converted to a beer store. 90% of the EMT in the ceiling was corroded, so was a lot of the ceiling grid & hanger wires to some degree. Think corrosive environment, sturdier materials.

I haven't wired one up, but I did do some wiring in a space that had previously been used for dry cleaning. They had one room that was fire rated, it had two or three circuits in separate EMT coming down from the ceiling. A couple more on the walls. There was also a 30 amp 240V circuit in there.

Outside of that room was a few 20A circuits along the back wall.

That's all the help I can offer, but the place was roughly 1000 sq ft.
