I just completed a inspection of a new hotel and they had some regular switches on a 20A circuit located right over a bath tub. Is this acceptable by the code? Where in the code speaks to this?

if not would a GFCI breaker resolve the problem.

The 2011 has it formatted differently in that 404.4 now has (a), (b) & (c)
