60 yr old tool twisting electrician
I need a bunch of connectors for use in hand holes. Could you check page 2 of this link and tell me if you feel I could use either of these products? These is a considerable price difference.

Those connectors are made for underground splices. I have used them on low voltages wires. IMO, they are fine for a handhole.

At first I didn't see where they were listed, but after zooming in I see they are.

UL Listed to 486D, 600 volts max. (1,000 Volts signs and fixtures)
