Hi everyone. I have a quick question. I'm securing a metal railing to my Equipotential Bonding Grid. I'm doing this because the railing is metal and it's within 5' or less from my water source. My question is I'm using a solid copper bonding lug & securing it to my railing. What can I use to screw the lug down? This style of bonding lug just has a hole in it and a clamp only to tighten down the #8 wire. Is a metal self tapping screw sufficient? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.

***In addition, I will be doing the same thing to my rain down spout.***

Drill and tap the post for a stainless machine screw?

On a dairy barn I did, the contractor would weld a rebar stub onto steel posts underground so I could put a ufer clamp on it. That worked really well...
