We are using grounding bushings with a lay in lug on 1/2" & 3/4"TMC's and meyers hubs, we are told to torque the lay in lug at 35in Lbs and record on a torque form.
What are the torques and where can I find them? We haven't had any luck with the manufacturers info that comes in the box or the distributor. we called the appleton tech dep't but they never returned our call or e-mail

Thanks.

The best method for procuring the proper info is to do as you have already done, contact the manufacturer. I would make another attempt at getting this information, it is important.

Have you looked in the product manual for this information?

Often the lugs have the manufactuter's name and part number on them and you can get the info from the manufacturer of the lug itself.
