Supporting a receptacle

Does anyone have a picture or detail of how to properly support a receptacle mounted 6" above the floor on conduit (no wall to mount on)?

I have seen unistrut anchored to the slab with the receptacle mounted on the unistrut. Is this a good option, or are there any better suggestions?

That is about the only way I have seen it done unless you come down from the ceiling.

You cold use one of these with a piece of 1/2 RMC.
