What is the minimum size conductor that is permissible to be used as a bonding conductor from a half inch diameter ground rod to flare stack (used to burn ?off/ incinerate off gases) that is 30 feet long by 2 feet in diameter?
Are conduit beam clamp permissible to be used as bonding clamp?

I don't know that there is actually any requirement to do this at all. Therefore, there are probably no conductor sizing rules at issue.

generally beam clamps are not listed to be used as ground clamps, but given as this is not a required connection, one might well argue that it is a clothes line and there are no requirements in the electrical code for how clothes lines are installed.
