Two Panels-One Generator

Are there any NEC restrictions to connecting one portable generator to two panels with interlock kits?

The panels are in separate areas of the house.
We don't need to rehash the neutral-ground issue, just whether or not you can have two panels with interlocks connected to one portable generator.

I think that is is permissible since it is common to have more than one ATS connected to one generator.

can someone post a link to that interlock kit the OP is planning on using. I assume it is cheaper than a transfer sw.
