Wall Mounted AC demand factors for Hotel (125 rooms)

I'm new to the forum and was wondering if you guys know what factor to apply to wall mounted AC units for a hotel. I have been looking through the tables in NEC section 220 and have not really found one that exactly fits this situation. Each wall mounted AC unit would draw 6.6 Amps cooling and 8.9 Amps heating. I appreciate the help.

I agree with Smart $. You need to figure a/c or heat load at 100% whichever is larger.

You don't want to apply any demand factors less than 100% to those units.

It appears that your heating load is greater than the cooling load?

Size your system according to the heating load. It's the largest of the two loads and they're not expected to operate simultaneously.
