Where is this table (table 41.3 BS7671) found?
In BS7671 of course!
It is familiarly known as "The Regs"
It's a UK standard.
Requirements for Electrical Installations is it's title.
IEE Wiring Regulations.
Now in its Seventeenth Edition.

BS in this context British Standard not, well .....not any other interpretation you might think of.

I'm at home at the moment and I don't have The Seventeenth to hand but here is one of the tables - there are a few - relating to this from The Sixteenth:

The NEC is a prescriptive code and not a performance code. The tables in 250.66 and 250.122 prescribe conductor sizing for grounding and bonding purposes. You will not find a performance table like the one you are asking about in the NEC.
