I have a 400amp service with a main breaker and two 42 space panels. Main breaker, feed thru lugs, and a second 42 space panel. I have paralle runs of #300al and am confused about the sizing of the supply side equipment bonding conductor. If I am reading 250.102 C (2) with paralle runs I would need 1/0 for bonding the cans, bond bushings, etc. Is this the correct sizing from table 250.66 or should I be using the 3/0al based on the 400amp 700al needed for a single run. Thanks

Everything on the line side of the service disconnect would be bonded using a conductor sized from Table 250.66 based on the size of the service entrance condcutors. In this case you would add the parallel conductors to find the equivalent size. Look at note #1 at the bottom of T250.66.
