All my lights switched with a dimmer flicker, when my stove heats up. Is this a concern within my service or possibly part of the grid?

Dimmed lamps may be a bit more sensitive to the additional voltage drop caused by the range element cycling. Do you notice them dimming when turned to full bright? Do you have a volt meter yet? May be time to get one. An electrician can never have to many toys er tools.

Be sure to burn/season dimmed lamps per lamp manufacturer recommendations.
