when there is a non metalic water main ,how is main water bonding achieved?

by installing a PVC grounding clamp

(unless you are dealing with Art 680, I know of no requirement to bond water)

Since you said "Main service grounding" I'll assume that your asking about a grounding electrode. Since there is no metallic water pipe you need to use another electrode from Article 250. If the CEE is available you must use that, otherwise two ground rods will suffice.

You still need to "bond" the cold water, unless it's not metalic either, inside of the structure.
