while this isn't craig's list, and the post may be nuked by a moderator....
i've got a whole house rewire, with a panel upgrade, in newport beach,
that for a variety of reasons, i'm not going to be able to do. house has
no drywall inside, and all existing electrical has been removed.
it's not your run of the mill house rewire. it'd be a weeks work or so,
starting the monday after easter.
anyone locally interested, contact me privately for particulars, and if
it looks like a good fit, i'll put you in touch with the customer.
first and foremost, the customer is good for the money. additional
details upon request.
