Gfci-type cord cap plugged into gfci protected branch circuit

Do you see any operational problem in pluging an outdoor spa power cord with a gfci-type cord cap into an outdoor receptacle which is protected in the house service panel by a gfci type breaker?

In terms of the two GFCI devices being able to do their job or somehow interfering with each other, I see no problem. In terms of what the HO does if the load has a problem and causes a trip, well there may be some confusion about where to go to reset the trip (i.e., if the HO is unaware there are two separate devices).
