Single gang device

Can anyone here point me in the direction of a combination single pole dimmer(rotary, slide, etc) and a grounded receptacle? I thought Leviton used to make such a beast but cannot locate it anywhere. Thanks much.

If there is such a thing it gets harder to manage heat from the dimmer when you have to make it so compact, and it may not even be rated for the same wattage as other typical dimmers.

Just something to think about.
