Floating Box's

Fellas, can anyone help me with this ? I have a 4 square box with a 3/4 emt 90 going into the back of the box. I also have 2 more 3/4 emt pipes going into either side of the box. Because of the off-sets my box is about 6 inches off of the wall. Code says that as long as threaded connectors are used, it is a junction box, and the pipes are strapped within 3 feet of the box that it is legal. Am I missing something?:?

Welcome. 314.23 execptions are for conduit body's, not J-boxes. Your box would need threaded hubs to comply.
