Homeowner with new deck wants to install track lights. They would be under a 4/12 pitch

roof. Would this be a damp location ? Has anybody ever seen outdoor rated track lights ?

Thanks to all of you, John

Track lights are not rated damp and YES that would be a damp location. I have seen tracks rust away on a screened in porch.

I did a search and see some listed for damp location but they look exactly the same. I am suspect of it and it would still not be compliant.

I found outdoor track lighting from a company named Lightology on the Internet. Does anyone have experience with the company and that product?

I have an account with Lightology but haven't used it in years. The track, IMO, would not be compliant as there is no exception.
