Is it 90 minutes?

The IBC requires at least 90 minutes (1006.3). If you are using unit equipment to supply the emergency power, the NEC requires 90 minutes in 700.12(F). If you are using some other power source, look in the appropriate subsection of 700.12 to see what the NEC has to say about the time requirement for that power source. 700.12(B)(1) for example requires a 2 hour supply of fuel for a generator.
