Is the capacitor bank recommended to install in main panel board of Generator

we have main distribution panel board feed from generator, is it required to install capacitor bank for power factor correction?

Required, no. Is there potential benefits to doing so, that is really case by case in whether correction is needed and what method of correction makes most sense.

I think it is required. Depends on the current that drawn by the load (inductive load).

It is not required to correct power factor, it may be desirable to do so. Even if we were talking about utility power here, the main desire to correct power factor is to avoid low power factor penalties from the utility. There are other benefits, but they are often small compared to lowered penalties. There may be more benefits to PF correction for on site generation, but is not a requirement to install PF correction either.
