Dr's office patient waiting light

Curious if anyone is familiar with a lo voltage call light. It's in a Dr's office works off of a jam switch. door opens light comes on in Dr's office but it has a push button underneath light which he can reset from his office. all writing has faded away possibly pass and Seymour but couldn't find anything. bulb looks to be 12v 3 or 5 watt can't make out any writing. light and reset button are on same single gang switch plate

What are you looking for? Replacement parts, expanding the system to add rooms, or just troubleshooting the wiring?

oh yea just replacement parts contacts to light bulb are worn, not making contact and in another room switch is going. i have picture but not sure how to upload it
