Quite impressive. You must have been very organized and patient, or you would have been found strangled to death by that pile when no one was looking.

Was surge suppression and wet rated/DB cable a requirement since its all in the slab?

Nice job.

I like the piggy bank. I remember another trade "helping" by trimming all of our cable ends to a nice neat length for us before dad & I came back to make up the ends.

What is and why is the black wrapping on the stubs?
Thanks!

A lot of specs require GRC elbows be wrapped when in contact with concrete or earth.

Install looks great. How did you keep the concrete guys from starting to pour anything before you completed?

Even though it will be covered up with concrete it is a very impressive installation. Not bad for a rookie. :p

Sometime back didn't you say you were a one man shop??? I am wondering how you did this?

The top board would need to lap over the fascia board.:p

all the joints are made with pocket screws on the inside, that serve
to hold it until the titebond III glue dries around the domino floating
tenons... it's all mortise and tenion construction.

but structurally, you are quite correct. would have been better to
sit the ply directly on the fascia.

wow. tough crowd.
